Terms of Payment
All fees are payable at the Business Office. No student is
permitted to complete registration or attend classes until all fees
and charges are paid. Students or their parents who find it
necessary to make special financial arrangements may sign a
contract for semester charges as follows:
The College has contracted with a third party - Educational
Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI) - to service accounts and collect
payments. The payment plan for each student will be mutually
developed between the College and the student/family. Any student
account that projects an outstanding balance after initial family
payment and financial aid have been applied will be enrolled with
ECSI Tuition Payment Plan. There is a $55 enrollment fee.
Transcripts will not be released to students who are indebted to
the College. Registration at the College for another semester will
not be permitted until any indebtedness is fully paid. In addition,
the Business Office will hold the diploma of any student who has
met all graduation requirements, but who has an outstanding student
account balance. The diploma will be released to the student when
the account is paid in full.
