Biography:
Dr. Mattingly received her Master's in Psychology and
Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. She
started as adjunct faculty with Lindsey Wilson College in January
2011 and took a full-time asst. professor position with LWC in June
2012. Previous affiliations include: The Association for
Supervision and Curriculum Development; The National
Association for the Education of Young Children; KY: I Am
Your Child Coalition; KY Healthy Start Advisory Committee; and
Leadership Paducah. Her current affiliations consist of The
American Psychological Association and the KY Psychological
Association.
Dr. Mattingly has been married to Mr. Dan Mattingly for 22
years. They have three children ages 19, 18, and 14, and
currently reside in Paducah, KY. They have owned a preschool and
childcare since 1990 that is licensed for 80 children. In
addition to teaching with Lindsey Wilson, Dr. Mattingly works
part-time with Millstone Counseling Center in Paducah, KY, where
she provides group and individual psychotherapy.
