The mission of the Business and CIS Division is to prepare students for employment in business, accounting, and computer information systems; pursuing career paths of increasing professional managerial responsibility; application to graduate programs in business, accounting or other professional schools; and to sit for various professional certifications.  Consistent with the historical mission of Lindsey Wilson College as a teaching institution, the business division is committed to the growth and development of students through classroom instruction and through the institution of an appreciation for life long learning.

Lindsey Wilson College is accredited by the Southern Association of College and Schools.  Our well-balanced and academically sound business programs are also fully accredited by the International Assembly of College Business Education (IACBE).

The BA in Business Administration offers students a common core of course work and a choice of three emphasis areas:  Accounting, Human Resources Management and Management.

The Business Administration degree offers students the opportunity to gain a set knowledge and skills in either accounting, management or human resources management.  Our business programs are designed to foster critical thinking skills; prepare students to become lifelong learners in rapidly changing business environments; and instill a global vision to manage and lead organiztions and business in an everchanging, challenging and complex world.
