Education Program Advising Sequences
The following advising sequences for Bachelor
of Arts degree programs provides course information for
candidates who are interested in becoming teachers. They are
intended for use by candidates in consultation with their
academic advisors, not in place of an advisor.
Candidates may not enroll in upper division
methods classes until they have been admitted into the teacher
education program. Candidates are eligible to apply for
admission to the teacher education program after completing 35
semester hours. Typically, this occurs during their sophomore
year.
