Main Sessions will be held in the Hodge Discipleship Center. Follow the E3 signs once you reach LWC's campus.

Concessions will be available all day. The LWC Cranmer Dining Center will be open during the supper break as well.

DIRECTIONS

To get driving directions to the A.P. White Campus, go to Mapquest.com. Enter your own address and the campus address: 210 Lindsey Wilson St. Columbia, KY 42728. Mapquest will draw a route giving you recommended driving directions.

CODE OF CONDUCT

• E3 will provide security during the conference. Security workers work in cooperation with state, county, local police, and emergency medical services. Your cooperation with these officials and workers is greatly appreciated, and assists them in their commitment to a safe, quality event.
• Youth supervisors and /or adult leaders are responsible for the safety and welfare of their youth group members. E3 organizers and Lindsey Wilson College are not responsible for any consequences of individual or group behavior that is contrary to conference regulations.
• All attendees younger than 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is at least 21 years old. E3 strongly suggests a ratio of at least one adult for every 8 students younger than 18. Any underage students without appropriate chaperones will be asked to have a chaperone join them or will no longer be permitted to stay.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times during the conference. Those with lost or broken wristbands will be charged a replacement fee.
• Group leaders are responsible for obtaining medical release forms required by law for minors. Please bring all medical and parental release forms with you to the E3 Conference and have them available to expedite any necessary treatment. E3 will not collect these forms.
• Chairs and coolers are only permitted in designated areas on the quad in front of the main stage.
• Videotaping of any concert at the conference is strictly prohibited.
• Those found to be in possession of firearms, alcoholic beverages, drugs or fireworks will be dismissed from the grounds and will forfeit their wristbands. The proper authorities will be notified!
• The following items will be confiscated by security personnel if found on the quad:Tobacco products by anyone under 18 years of age, frisbees, footballs, baseballs, soccer balls, hackey sacks, laser pointers and other such toys, water guns or water balloons. These items are prohibited.
• Lost and Found is located in Sumner Campus Ministries building. All lost items should be taken to or retrieved from Lost and Found. E3 is not responsible for any lost items. After three months, all unclaimed items will become the property of E3 or be donated to charity.
• Pets are not allowed on the campus grounds unless needed for one's disabilities.
