Brady has been employed at Lindsey Wilson since August 2005. Brady's focus is the Lindsey Wilson Fund, which includes direct mail, the phonothon, community campaigns and visiting constituents of the college. The Lindsey Wilson Fund provides scholarship support to undergraduate students. 

Prior to coming to LWC,  Brady worked for six years in the pharmaceutical industry.

A 1998 graduate of Lindsey Wilson, Brady holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and management. While a student, Brady was a member of the LWC men's varsity basketball team.

Brady is a member of CASE-Kentucky, and he serves on the board of the Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce.
