Hello, my name is Kristi N. Williams I am a proud graduate from Central State University where I earned my BA in Speech/Journalism Communications. My education allowed me to serve in many capacities, but there was always something missing. I found myself searching for work that would allow me to serve people and make a difference in their lives. Working in the Law Enforcement Field (HR) department for nine years allowed me to witness there was a need for me get my hands dirty and serve people face to face which led me to Cincinnati Christian University to pursue my Master in Arts in Counseling degree. I also extended my studies by taking courses at Xavier University of Cincinnati for School Counseling.

I can testify that during and after obtaining my Counseling degree, God put me in places where I feel my gifts were utilized and needed.  I had the opportunity to work with children who were diagnosed with various forms of behavior and emotional related issues in a partial hospitalization setting.  I have witnessed how patience and understanding can change the lives of families with children with Mental Health challenges.  I also was blessed to work with people who suffer from Drug and Alcohol addiction. I've learned so much about myself while serving others in this capacity.  My goal is to continue to serve my family, community, Lindsey Wilson College, and God to the best of my abilities.

As a Site Coordinator/Instructor, I wish to uplift, encourage and serve every future and current student that will cross my path.  I am committed to serving the educational needs of students, by providing a living-learning environment within an atmosphere of active-caring and Christian concern, where every student learns and grows, just as Lindsey Wilson Mission statement entails.
