Donna graduated from Campbellsville University in May 1999 with an associate's degree majoring in accounting.   After graduation she went to work for Amazon.com and advanced to the position of Payroll Administrator. Donna joined Lindsey Wilson College in April 2007.

Karen began with Lindsey Wilson College in 1992, she started her career with Lindsey as an Admissions Secretary two months before she graduated with her associate's degree majoring in Social Science.  She quickly worked her way up to Office Manager.  She was later promoted, as an Administrative Assistant, to the Vice President for Enrollment Management.  ln 2001, she moved to the Personnel Office as the Personnel Administrator.
