Tevie graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in May 2007 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and Christian ministries. In August of that same year, he began his career at Lindsey Wilson in the Business Office.

He soon moved to the Office of Information Systems as a Data Analyst.

Gooden is responsible for developing methods and programs for retrieving data sensitive to the needs of the college.
