International Student Programs
Lindsey Wilson College (LWC) is
a liberal arts, co-educational
college, affiliated with the United Methodist
Church. It was founded in 1903 and offers more than 20
excellent baccalaureate programs. While we value association
with the Methodist Church and provide many religious opportunities,
students are not required to hold any religious beliefs or to
participate in any religious activities (including chapel
services). Lindsey Wilson has a long history of
welcoming and valuing our international students. Over 100
international students are currently enrolled from 38
different countries. This helps to create a true global
living and learning environment on campus.
Our diverse international student
body comes from many countries, and we also have
exchange students from Japan, South Korea, Northern Ireland,
and China. Many of our international students are drawn to
LWC because of our various team sports and participate on one
of the College's 26 intercollegiate teams.
Earning your degree, especially in the U.S., is a big
step. The office of International Student Programs is here to
help you as international students. LWC is a place where
you are both challenged educationally and and supported throughout
your college life experience. If you have any questions or
want to know more, please feel free to contact us.
