Hi, I am Ritchie Hunley and I serve as the director of Project Success. I have been with Lindsey Wilson College since January 2009, serving first as a Freshman Advisor before moving into my current position in spring 2011.

I am a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in public administration. In addition to Lindsey Wilson, my work experience also includes stops at Berea (Ky.) College, Eastern Kentucky University and The Center for Rural Development in Somerset, Ky.

Project Success is designed to assist first-generation, lower-income students by providing essential services they need to graduate from college. As the son of teachers, I know the importance of education. I am excited to lead this program as we help students to reach thier academic and career goals.
