Duane has been director of public relations since October 1995. As director of public relations, Duane oversees the college's external communications and marketing, and he also is the college's liaison to the Association of Independent Kentucky Colleges and Universities.

Venus earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Western Kentucky University in 1996. For eight years she worked for Houchens Industries, Inc. -- beginning her career as a marketing intern and ending as advertising director. Venus came to Lindsey Wilson College in 2003 as the assistant director of public relations. She specializes in publication design, print marketing and media buying.
