Robin has been employed at Lindsey Wilson College since July
1989 and has had many different responsibilities and duties
during this time. Presently, she is the Director of the
Service Center. As such, she is responsible for managing
the contractual obligations and billings that support the various
services vital to campus life such as landline and cellular
telecommunications, photocopy services and postage equipment.
The office is composed of two full-time employees and several
college workstudies. The Service Center is very "customer
service" oriented and Robin strives to teach old fashion customer
service ethics to her staff everyday. These are qualities,
she believes, that will compliment their college experience.
Robin also manages our Bluegrass Cellular agency from her
office. This is an extension of her many years of
telecommunications experience and she is happy to add this service
to her duties. It is a joy to be able to help customers
decide on the right cellular plan and equipment or to send a
package safely to someone special.
Robin and her family live in Columbia and has one daughter who
is a 2014 graduate of the Lindsey Wilson College Human Services and
Counseling program. Having grown up in Columia, attended
Lindsey Wilson College herself, and worked here for over 25 years,
Lindsey Wilson College is truly "home" to her.
