Dean has served Lindsey Wilson as Vice President for Student Services and Enrollment Management since 2001. His areas of leadership for the college are student life, athletics and main campus enrollment. During his twenty-five year career in student services, he has served three different institutions as the Dean of Students. He also has considerable experience as an instructor in education. Dean holds a doctorate degree in higher education leadership. He is married to Valerie Adams and they have three children and three grandchildren.
